Refund policy

Due to the nature of wax, wax bars that arrived cracked are non refundable. Cracked wax will have no impact on the burn or the scent and as bars are made to be snapped for usage. All orders are packaged in secure cardboard boxes with tissue paper to minimise any damage. Each box is covered in a biodegradable plastic bag to further protect your items.
Customised candles are non refundable due to the personalisation.
